Really enjoyed this experience. I came here with a group of friends and we all shared a bunch of dishes together.

Appetizers: calamari, mezzo mezzo (cured meats and cheeses), also they had burrata on special (which tasted alright)

Main course: all were super delicious
We had the mushroom ravioli, the squid ink tagliatelle, pappardelle funghi, and the gnocchi (my least fave but still good)

Pizza: got the artichoke one ... hmm I didn't think it was anything special and even picking the slice up, all the toppings slipped off 3/5

Dessert: tiramisu, creme brulee, mocha panna cotta
    All three were really amazing!!

What I found really funny or odd was that a server came up to us and just handed us the bill without us asking or a warning that it was close to closing.
It made me look around to see if we were the last customers that night.. and we weren't? That was really confusing..

Overall I liked this better than gusto 101. It's a really cute spot, and not too busy on a Friday night.

We used to come here just for the pizza. We love the Neapolitan style, especially for the simultaneously chewy and crispy crust, and this place is the closest outside of Napoli that we know. Yesterday, we tried the spaghetti with clams (spaghetti alle vongole) and the fish stew (zuppa di pesce) daily special since we already had had pizza this week. We were very pleasantly surprised. The spaghetti was fresh and the fish stew was sensational. We have a handful of favorite Italian restaurants in the city (we're quite picky), like the Sicilian Ardo and the Tuscan Tutti Matti and yesterday, this one joined the list. Unlike the other two though, this one is less formal and much more affordable. Definitely a gem in the rough!

Was always loved coming here but last night worst visit we ever had

    Service
Rushed us bc they said a party was going to start by 6
Was not social or understanding with the kids
After terrible service, We got charged a tip only bc we were 7people.  Was not in mood to complain bc there was a party happening

    Food
    Veal platter was very good
Fish paella was very good especially being without the rice

    Pizza
    Terrible
    Not cooked well
Thin like a crepe and chewy, and doughy

Really disappointed and not sure if I would give another chance.

Pizza e Pazzi is my favourite restaurant in Toronto for many reasons.

First of all, I love the cozy, family atmosphere of the restaurant; the owners, Chefs Tomo and Gloria, together with their children, are a beautiful family and very kind and hard-working people with great talent at what they do.

The food is ALWAYS amazingly delicious, be it pizza, pasta, risotto or the daily specials, they are always prepared from fresh, wholesome ingredients from scratch, and taste absolutely delectable.

The servers are lovely, polite and very attentive to the guests' needs.

Last time I visited Pizza e Pazzi with my family (Easter Sunday), we had a couple of appetizers (grilled octopus and stuffed portobello mushrooms) that were both beautifully served and delicious.  For main course we had: the Pere woodfired Neapolitan pizza, the Wild Mushroom Risotto, and two of the day's specials, Pappardelle lamb ragout, and Grilled lamb chops.  The platters all looked very inviting and the food tasted WONDERFUL.  Needless to say, not a morsel was left on our plates when we were finished!

It has been a pleasure to enjoy this displayed art of and passion for authentic Italian cuisine.  Can't wait to be back for more soon!
